proposal for legacy time Lord's and time ladies

Legacy time Lord's and time ladies my idea here is that the children of the time Lord's and time ladies and their spouses went out into the universe and colonized a few planets in a different constellation and made their own societies similar but a little different some vocally and some hybrids and still naturally human looking. A time Lord and time lady race out of the DNA of time Lord's time ladies and their companion's from earth taken from the DNA of All of them mixed and exposed to the time vortex and launched at a star system and made a new race with full features of both races and instead of just two heart's they have two of every organ except three very important ones and have a mixed biology of both races only with a very different set of a certain type of vocal ethnicity the American ethnic vocal ethnicity and even more stronger with more technology than the people in the kasturburus constellation with far more institutions and a higher standard.
